Q: How far does the Traveling Tin Co. travel?

​

A: We are based out of Southwest, MO but are always up for an adventure to travel outside of our area. Contact us with your event details and location and will confirm if we travel there. For locations outside of 20 mi of Springfield, MO a $3/mile one way travel fee will apply.

Q: Do you supply the alcohol for the event? 

​

A: We do not. To comply with Missouri State Law, we cannot sell or provide the alcohol for the event. You can purchase the alcohol, mixers, and garnish from a preferred retailer of your choice. We supply the bar, bartending staff & more for your event, but we do not supply or sell the alcohol. 

Q: Do you have options for keg beer?

A: Yes. We can offer a keg service option - however only with Lucky, the horse trailer bar. The trailer is equipped with a dual draft tower keg and can serve two different types of beer on draft for your guests. The kegerator can hold (2) 1/6 barrels of beer. You may also opt for cans or bottles as well if you choose when the alcohol order is secured through a retailer of your choice

Q: Can the Mobile Bar be used for other events, day events, or serve non-alcoholic drinks?

A: YES! The trailer can be used for morning/day events as well. A few adorable ideas we've seen for day weddings or events are a donut bar, coffee bar, mimosa bar, bloody Mary bar, hot cocoa bar, or to offer your guests sweet treats such as cupcakes. We recommend Charity Fent Cake Design for all cupcakes & cakes you may want served

Q: Is the Traveling Tin Co. fully insured?

A: Yes. This is a must have for any bartending service serving guests at events. We are fully licensed Missouri LLC business, and carry liquor liability insurance.

Q: What comes with my package?

​

A: We offer many different service packages, as well have an array of unique mobile bars surely to fit in with your style and theme of your event if you need us to bring a bar to your location. We include the bartenders, cups, bartending tools, tins, menu, and everything needed, except the alcohol to serve for your event.

Q: Can the trailer go anywhere?

 

A: As long as there is enough space for a trailer to pull in, back out, and be set up (the trailer is 16 ft), in your space, as well as plug in access (can use a provided generator if needed), and as long as the venue or event location owner approves a mobile bar on their grounds, then YES!! 

Q: How can I budget for alcohol costs?

 

A: Easy Peezy! Contact us, and we can put together an estimate for you depending on the number of guests that will be attending your event, the number of hours we would serve for, your guests anticipated drinking style, etc. The amount or costs will vary depending on brands of beer, wine, and or alcohol that you choose to purchase from a retailer, but we can put together an estimate for you for budgeting purposes if needed. As a reminder, we do not sell the alcohol, this is an estimate and or quantity estimate that you will need for the retailer of choice that you choose to purchase the ingredients from for your bar menu. Our model (where you purchased the alcohol) is HIGHLY COST effective, because you are paying retail prices for the alcohol! Plus, all of the alcohol and any leftovers are yours to keep or take home at the end of the event. Many clients reach out to us because of this alone, as this is their model of choice and what they're looking for as many prefer to buy the alcohol themselves.
